Here is our Refund and Return Policy in compliance with New Zealand law:
1. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items are not in acceptable condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at contact@gsnz.nz. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. In such cases, we will arrange and cover the return shipping costs. (Please Note: All items are pre-checked for any faults before dispatching by our Quality Team)
5. Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, perishable items, and digital downloads, are exempt from the 14-day return policy unless they are faulty or not as described.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence of the issue to facilitate the return process.
7. Consumer Guarantees Act: Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this policy. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't meet a reasonable standard of quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by New Zealand law.
8. Each Resin Table is handcrafted. Minor blemishes or tiny defects may occur, but they do not affect the table's elegance.
