Shipping & Returns FAQ

We ship across New Zealand and worldwide. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos if possible. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Some items, such as water bottles and other food-contact products, cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Refunds, repairs, or replacements are handled in line with our policy and New Zealand consumer law where applicable. Your product pages and policy currently mention remedies for faulty or not-as-described items under New Zealand law.
